anybrowse is a product of Heimat LLC, a Wyoming LLC.

1. What anybrowse does

anybrowse is a web scraping API operated by Heimat LLC, operating as anybrowse, that converts any URL to clean, LLM-ready Markdown. We use real Chrome browsers to render pages (including JavaScript-heavy sites) and return the content as Markdown text. The API is available at anybrowse.dev.

Our endpoints include:

• /scrape — convert a single URL to Markdown
• /crawl — follow links and convert multiple pages
• /serp/search — run a Google search and return Markdown results
• /mcp — Model Context Protocol server for AI agents

2. Plans, credits, and pricing

Free tier: You may receive limited free scrapes, with limits and eligibility shown in the product. Limits may change to prevent abuse.

Credit packs: You can buy one-time API credit packs through Stripe. Credits are attached to an API key, do not expire while the service is operating, and may be topped up by buying more credits for the same key where supported.

Subscriptions and x402: We may also offer subscriptions or x402 pay-per-request payments. Current pricing and limits are shown on /pricing and /credits. If there is a conflict between this page and checkout pricing, the checkout page controls.

3. Acceptable use

By using anybrowse, you agree to the following rules:

• You will not use this service to scrape content for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or stalking.
• You will not use this service to collect, distribute, or generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Violations will be reported to law enforcement.
• You will not use this service to systematically collect personal data in ways that violate applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• You will not use this service to access private, logged-in, paywalled, or otherwise restricted content unless you have the right to access and process that content.
• You will not use this service to bypass security controls, authentication, authorization, or technical restrictions on third-party systems.
• You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier through automation.
• You will not use this service to attack, damage, or interfere with websites or infrastructure.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any website you scrape.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these rules, with or without notice.

4. Data collection

We collect anonymized, aggregated usage data including request patterns, geographic region, and client type. This data may be used for research, product improvement, and may be licensed to third parties in anonymized, aggregate form. We do not sell individually identifiable data. 5. Stripe payments, credits, and refunds

Credit-card payments are processed through Stripe. When you buy credits or subscribe:

• You authorize the amount shown at checkout.
• For one-time credit packs, credits are delivered to the API key shown after checkout and emailed to the checkout email address.
• If a successful payment does not issue credits or an API key, contact us at hello@anybrowse.dev and include the Stripe Checkout Session ID or receipt email.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@anybrowse.dev.
• After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are discretionary except where required by law. We do not offer refunds for used credits, abuse-related termination, or partial subscription periods.

6. x402 micropayments (crypto)

When you pay via x402 using USDC on Base:

• Payments are processed on-chain and are final. We cannot reverse or refund crypto transactions.
• If a payment is sent but the request fails for a technical reason on our end, we will credit the equivalent amount to your account.
• You are responsible for sending the correct payment amount to the correct address.

7. DMCA and copyright

anybrowse is a tool for accessing publicly available web content. You are solely responsible for what you do with the content you retrieve, including any potential copyright implications.

If you believe content has been scraped in a way that infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to dmca@anybrowse.dev with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL(s) you believe are being misused
• A statement that the use is not authorized
• Your electronic or physical signature

We respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

8. Intellectual property

anybrowse, the anybrowse name, product design, documentation, and related marks belong to Heimat LLC or its licensors. You may not copy our branding or imply affiliation without permission. You retain responsibility for the rights and permissions related to content you retrieve through the API.

9. No warranty

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heimat LLC, operating as anybrowse, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
